I now go walking most weekends and often one day in the week as well. The walks are between 3 and 6 mile so I am happy that I have achieved my goal.

How I did it
How I did it: I finally managed to get up to Carlisle last New Year. My son's band was playing at a local hotel on New Year's Eve and all the family went up to see them. It was a great night and I was very impressed and proud. They were really good. New target

As I have just managed to swim half a mile (32 lengths of the pool) I thought I would now go for 1 Km (40 lengths) by, again, swimming 2 extra lengths each week.
Done it!!!

I managed to do 32 lengths of the pool this week which is half a mile. I need a new target now.
