The great thing about this book is that it removes the myth that giving up smoking is hard. In fact the philosophy that nothing is difficult to do when you put your heart and soul into it is worth learning.

Well, as a bloke I think it is probably the most rewarding thing I can do with my life other than bringing up my lovely daughter.
I did it by selling an on line store of mine and by telling my credit card company that I’d only pay them half of the balance. They caved after a wee fight ;0)
