I was sick for the last 2 weeks with a nasty cough, I hadn’t been that sick since I was in high school! It really set me back but surprisingly I didn’t gain too much weight while I was sick. I ate a lot of bad food and didn’t stick to a diet because I read you shouldn’t while you are sick. I tried to still eat well but when you are sick you crave the worst stuff! So I’m working my way back to exercising and tracking my food. I only have 6 lbs to go, so hopefully before the end of April I can hit my goal. (Well hopefully sooner than that but I want to be real about this.)

How I did it: I just made sure I took them, whether it be 7 in the morning or 10 at night, as long as I took them once a day, I was satisfied. I'm trying to do better about what time I take them, but as long as I'm taking them the better I feel. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I finally found a job that I'm content with. I can see myself working there for a while. I'm surrounded by fairly positive people and I think that has helped. I met a girl at work that is positive all the time, and I look up to her for it. I have found the more I don't speak negativity the better I feel. I only brood about the bad negative things with my husband and that has helped me be more positive in all things in my life. I'm content… Read how I did it…
How I did it: It took awhile but I found a job where my boss does see that I work hard and knows that I need time to do everything that would benefit the company. I no longer do too many projects at home, just the ones where I need to use my Photoshop. I make sure I do the majority of work during work hours. I know my limits now when it comes to my job. And in my personal life I just keep myself out of situations where I might get taken advantage of. I… Read how I did it…

I’ve started trying really hard to take them everyday. If I forget I come home and take them. I’m going to start carrying vitamins with me so if I do forget, I can take them right away. I’m working hard on this goal because I have noticed I feel a little bit better taking the vitamins I do take. I’m even getting my husband to take vitamins now.
I lost 10 last year, and gained 10 slowly back over a span of 6 months, most of it over the dreaded holiday season, darn cookie contests!! So I decided to try to do 15 lbs this year that would take me down to around 125. I always felt 130 was my goal, which it always will be, but 125 just seems over the top and I feel like I’d like to try to hit that goal. Even if I break at 128, I’ll be happy because I haven’t been that size since before college! I really just want to be able to see my knees. I know that sounds gross, but I’ve always wanted to have nice legs and I have always had pudgy knees. It’s almost like my thigh is trying to leap over my knee to see what the other half of my leg is doing! I want to say bye-bye to that in 09. I hate sounding vain, but we all have our dreaded body issues. I’m using thedailyplate.com, it’s a great site and I used it last year. It really helps me keep focused on my food and it did help me lose the 10 last year around this time. Plus it’s free so that’s why I like it, it’s like doing it all by yourself with no help!
