I just had my thrid child 2 1/2 weeks ago (my baby girl!!). The only thing is I have yet to lose the weight from my previous pregnancies. Not to mention the pounds I’ve put on from sitting on my but for the last 8 years. Soo now I am truly tired and ready to get this monkey off my back, and my stomach, and my arms, and my thighs. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. As I have little time (and money) a gym membership is not in the budget but I’m willing to try anything that will help me lose this weight in a healthy manner.
