Complete the "Couch to 5K Challenge"
Completing 5k 5 days ago

Joining the mountaineering club was a great way to get back into shape. I’ve been a member of a fitness club for the past 5 years but didn’t take part of a regular regimen.

Joining a club or a team helps a lot. You get a whole team helping you achieve your goals and you get to meet new friends along the way.

Not only was I able to complete 5k but I was able to complete 15k as well. I’d like to do this again and again.
