I’ve been drawing a lot over the past couple weeks, and going to try to keep it up. I’ve joined a flickr group which I’m finding very inspiring, so I’m going to be using my lunch breaks to leave work and draw urban settings. I wish I could draw even more, but I have to balance it out with other things too. I recently decided that drawing is one of my biggest priorities and I think that’s key to making time for it.

How I did it: I've always drawn off and on, but only when all of my other priorities were out of the way. I'm a busy person, so by the time everything else is out of the way, I'd find myself too tired to draw. Recently, I reflected on what my real priorities are and decided that out of all my hobbies and interests drawing is the most important thing. With that in mind, I created a realistic schedule where I could get other things done… Read how I did it…
I don’t think I’ve done very well with this goal overall since I don’t draw consistently. I am drawing again though.
