-coming back after a mini vacation wasn’t hard at all
-ran 3 miles on the treadmill…felt really good to sweat it out
-shoveled the entire driveway and walkway when i got home from work i had all kinds of energy
-snow!

ran a 5k yesterday on some new terrain, it was a blast, we were running on muddy grass and some steepish hills, it really required you to be on your toes through the whole race…the rest of the day i felt mellow
trying to get out and run a race every month with my sister, we motiviate each other, it’s always nice to have a running partner
-good energy in the morning
-running on the treadmill at lunch time
-going out to japanese with my favorite lady
-walking through town after dinner
