FINALLY, after four years, we are actually getting construction crews over to the site and covering the mongo holes in the roof so the interior can dry out and we can start stabilizing the building!
The foundation is marvelous, most of the wood actually looks new, not 80 years old. Most of the concrete looks solid, two cracks that should be able to get by on a patch. We have an engineer going through to tell us for sure, how much, and in what order the repairs need to be made – but the train is FINALLY moving down the track!
