I lost over 25lbs on Weight Watchers. It took about a year and a half, but I did it. My life habits have changed – drastically if you compare now to a year and a half ago, but very gently from day to day. I now fit in all of my clothes and had to give a bunch of my “fat clothes” away. Don’t rush it, just stick with it.

Stopping to play WoW was the best thing I’ve ever done. Now, when I get home, I am not constantly preoccupied with the game. Instead, I have time to hang out with friends, cook at home, decorate my house, catch up on TV I haven’t watched for a while, go back to reading more than one book a week, etc. The world is full of possibilities and it has nothing to do with new Tier X gear!
I am surprised, actually, how easy it was to not play WoW anymore after I’ve stopped. I just make sure to keep away from it. Sometimes I think about playing, but I like to hang out with my friends more.
