‘ello. I’ve been lurking in this group since June or so… quite a bit longer than I’d like, but I’m sure the same goes for everyone else here.

I’ve been pulling since I was 7 years old (24 now), and the longest I’ve ever managed to go without pulling was 16 days. That was a few months ago (43T definitely helped), and though it was amazing to have no bald spots for the first time in 17 years [I shaved my head to start off the process and to try to keep the regrowth even], it still wasn’t enough to keep up the momentum. I just can’t understand this disorder and why it’s had such power over us.

Anyway… here I am, trying again. Just wanted to offer my support and congratulations to everyone here (even those of us frustrated with setbacks — I think that just making the effort to stop merits congratulating).
