ok… not quite 100% done, but I’ve nothing in mind for the bit of space left and have now moved onto my back. I’ll come back to the empty space if it strikes me as important to do so, but for now, I’m very very happy with it!

How I did it: Two courses of action. I already knew roughly where it was (Ayrshire, Scotland) so I ordered some replica maps from the National Library of Scotland. Having trouble locating it (spellings change over the centuries), I emailed the Library and they were an amazing help! Booked a flight, rented a car, drove around lost for a couple of days until I found it (it's not a well known castle). Read how I did it…
How I did it: I hired trainers from bodyby24-7.com and went through a process of becoming educated on how the body works (i.e. metabolism and the effects of kinds of food) and on food (i.e. clean foods vs the other stuff). Then I proceeded to increase the number of calories I ate (yes, increase) while eating 6 times per day instead of 2 and eating very clean foods. Still no progress on my exercise routines, but they'll come eventually. Read how I did it…
Took up Boxing in 2009 but promptly tore out an ankle ligament while playing frisbee. A year later, I moved to Regina where one of Canada’s best Krav Maga school’s is located. Now at Level 2 and going strong.
Ok, so originally, this final piece was supposed to complete the sleeve… but it didn’t and I love it!!!! The new artwork is fantastic and fits my arm perfectly. It does however leave the challenge of what to do with the rest of the arm… just another example of how life doesn’t fulfill goals in the expected manor! It has; in this case exceeded it though and I am now seeking the adventure that will encompass the rest of my right sleeve. Fucking EH!
