I went for a VBAC with my second child and everything went well until pushing when the baby’s heartrate began to decellerate with each contraction. I had a cesarean in the end but I had an awesome drug free labor and felt like I had really achieved something with that!

I have been Spinning and doing various aerobic exercise and walking (fast) but had no running training. My exercise and dieting partner said at the 5k, we are running Liz! So I did and I finished it in 35 minutes. I was impressed with myself and did even better than my friend who pushed me to run. She kept wanting to walk. I finally had to keep going without her and she came in a minute behind me. It was a great feeling to cross the finish line!
