I’ve signed up on a course to learn Mandarin Chinese. Along with signing up to the course came a Chinese related twist of fate just a few days before. A very long story but it may have a serious impact on my future!

How I did it: I set myself several goals like run a 10k, lose 30lbs, run a half marathon. One I had set myself these targets I had no choice than to exercise more.Now I'm set on this health kick I feel withdrawl symptoms and frustrated when I can't get to the gym. The weight is coming down I've lost 7lbs in the last 4 weeks which is a nice steady pace. My stamina is improving daily and my running speed it increasing daily. Tonight I booked a trainer at the gym to give me a fitness assessment and design me a fat burning, stamina building excercise programme. He spent two hours pushing me to my limits. I now feel absolutely battered and bruised though I do feel encouraged and really good about myself.
chuck enough mud and something will eventually stick. I’ve applied for jobs in Birmingham, London, Oxford, Manchester, Salford and Inverclyde.
