I think that’s enough to say I’ve done this. I have now set myself a goal of 15lb more which I have as “Keep losing weight until I reach my goal weight” and “Have 15% bodyfat”. These are subtly different goals which I am aiming to achieve together.

Yes, I tried it

And I ache a little today, especially my inner thighs.

I’ll go for a few weeks before deciding whether I want to carry on,. It was a beginner class and I suspect it would have trouble holding my interest. I did surprise myself by being able to do most of the class without trouble. A couple of stretches were too tricky though. Good, otherwise I wouldn’t have a challange.
