I used to worry myself silly back in the day. But as of late, I did a whole bunch of things to get rid of worrying.
I surrounded myself with positive people. If I found myself in a situation where negativity pervaded, I would do everything I can to get out of it…including leaving a high paying job. It’s just not worth it!
In the absence of positive people, I keep listening to motivational tapes, listen to podcasts that support this view, and read books that empower me.
I can confidently say that in the last 30 days I have not found anything to worry about.
Sure, there are a few things I need to manage around, but it is not a cause of worry for me. Getting rid of that emotion is a blessing because it helps me deal with temporary defeats in a much more constructive way!
Definitely worth doing!

absolutely worth visiting India. Awesome experience. It was one thing to be born in India and lived there for a few years and then moving to Canada, but another to go back to India after living in Canada for a few years. Totally differect perspective.
Having said that, besides all the usual places to visit, I’m really excited about the New Delhi Akshardham project. A very amazing monument of Indian culture.
Also, even 3 months isn’t enough time to visit all the cool places in India. But try and visit as many as you can. Its an awesome experience.

Been a vegetarian all my life right from day one. My parents were vegetarian and I’m quite proud to be one. Don’t be discouraged when others say crap about it. And yes, the food isn’t bad. Somehow people think that vegetarians live of salads and eat other “rabbit food”. Ignore such things because its just not true! Do a bit of searching around and you will find many things which will cater to your tastebuds.
Remember, this is a good choice especially in the 21st century where eating healthy is even more important then before.
