I am down to 177, I joined a gym too. haven’t gained a pound back either. if i can do this, anyone can do it.
so far from 03/03/06-07/24/07 I lost 96 lbs.

I got a new guitar and it seems to make me a better player. I have been coming up with more and more songs and pieces to songs. Epi Les Paul Speciall II, best guitar I have played yet.
I am now down to 196, so far I have lost 74 lbs since March 01 2006. After I drop down to 170, I am going to start working out and gaining some muscle back to compensate for the muscle I lost over the past 8 months.
