I am capable of eating well, have done so for weeks on end and felt great, have good knowledge on how to do this -so why is it so hard? I struggle to maintain a great eating habit and fluctuate between doing well anhaving weeks of eating a lot more rubbish than I should. Food diaries have worked really well or me previously -I just eventually give up doing them and all off the wagon.
So my plan is to restart my food diary and focus on making my body feel great! I always feel so good when I eat well. Tomorrow am gonna clean out the cupboards and fridge and do a big shop for the week to get me started. Here goes….

There is a great tox conference for work in Bordeux France in May 2010. I think I will go to this and tag some time in Europe along with it -exciting prospect!The other option is to do the London marathn and step across from there.

So have been tapering this week and it is now the day before the big run -gee that went quick. Have had a really stressful and tiring couple of weeks at work and have not been eating well, which is a shame as I was hoping to los a couple of kg before the day rather than gain them! I also have bit of a cold which is a shit! Anyway _I kepp telling myself it is a fun run not a race on this occassion -I have endured enough pain in the triathlons and it cant hurt anymore tha that lets face it -will let you know how I go!!!
