Spent 10 minutes going through some of the random artifacts of life which seem to accumulate constantly, throwing stuff out/ putting stuff away.

Had the energy Monday evening to get into the kitchen. Made whole wheat spaghetti with roasted summer vegetables, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and rosemary.
Breakfasted on strawberry waffles on Tuesday. I used a mix for this and added strawberries from our CSA box.

met with the woman to find out about options for binding, etc. Also turned in the paperwork at the bookstore to get the course pack accepted as a book.
Need to email the title to the woman in charge of book orders, and also need to put the document together by the end of this month.

Things were humming along there at the beginning of last week, and then I got totally off track again. Well, I’m clearly not going to meet the original targets, but I just think I’ll go ahead and track the three areas and see how I do. This can be a trial month of sorts. :)
- Yoga classes – 0
- Home practice – 3 days
- Meditation – 30 minutes
I taught a meditation class, which was an hour long. However, since I was teaching, I had to track the time and give instructions for meditation. I did meditate during the class, though. I will count it as 30 minutes – kickstarting myself a little. :)

This site was so slow over the weekend that I never made my gratitude entries!
Saturday, 6/15I was so very grateful:
- For a wonderful dog class and our fabulous trainer
- For a yummy, decadent breakfast
- For time to read and relax in the back yard
- That we made the trip to a favorite Japanese restaurant I’ve been craving
- For movie time with my husband – we haven’t done enough relaxation together lately
Sunday 6/16I was so very grateful:
- For my dad and for our improved relationship – for really understanding and forgiving him at last ♥
- For silly “in” jokes
- For being offered a cool work opportunity for next weekend
- For finally buying the plane tickets to go to my friend’s wedding
- For another decent turnout at my yoga class
Thank you.

mark this goal done because of the ridiculous site slowness, but I’ll do so now. :)

but I’m not there yet. Still have some deadlines that are now behind me without completion, so that’s stressing me out. I have no tolerance at present. I’m just going to keep plugging on the best I can!

bought for the August trip for both me and C.
Need to wrap up the paperwork for the dog sitter and find someone to visit Blitz the last evening of our trip. We’re getting back late (after 10pm) so someone will have to give him dinner and maybe take him for a short walk in the evening. We’re thinking of having a neighbor come over rather than paying the dog sitter for an extra visit.
I’ll mark this goal done even though there are a couple of loose ends.

Class #5 was yesterday. I’m sad we only have one more week of adult obedience left! That went by quickly. Blitz has improved so much! And the other dogs have improved, too, which is so cool to see.
Blitz’ barking and reactions in class have decreased immensely and he’s doing really well with the behaviors we are practicing as well. He was able to walk around the circle of dogs and have other dogs walk by him. He was also able to meet a couple of dogs. The trainer thinks he just has poor greeting behavior. (He fits right in in our family. ;P )
