I dunno…I’d like to develope some abs, and through research online, I end up coming to the conclusion that sit-ups aren’t the ideal exercise for abs. So, as of now, I think I’ll quit this goal and simply continue on with my other goal, “100 Crunches for 100 Consecutive Days”, but jack it up to 200 crunches a day. Crunches are “felt” much more, and I feel like I may be wasting time with the sit-ups routine.
I also throw this routine in there several times a week, when I have time: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1CTHes6egx4 Seems like a good workout.

I’ve decided to add this goal in conjunction with “100 Sit-Ups for 100 Consecutive Days”, which I’ve been working at for nearly a month. You definately “feel” crunches more…
I’m hoping to develope some abs. When summer time hits, I can bike again!
I need more confidence in regards to public speaking and whatnot, and presenting before a big group of people (at school). And perhaps when approaching new personal projects of mine (which might seem daunting at first to me).
But I definately despise public speaking, I stutter, I tremble, and sometimes I just choose to avoid it altogether and miss out on the marks. I don’t know what it is…because, I’ll tell myself it’s not a big deal to be up there in front of people you know (in class), but Christ… Each time a presentation comes around, I imagine, “This one’s gonna go smooth. Cool and collected…”
Meh…
