I’ve apparently done this w/out even realizing that i had. I joined al-anon a few months ago and it is a group where you discuss your most intimate thoughts and feelings. You talk about your experience, strength, and hope from living w/the effects of alcoholism.

As i was so quick to check this off, i stopped to think. This was a life long issue for me b/c of my upbringing. I don’t know if i’m cured forever from it, but i did find AL-ANON which gave me the tools to MANAGE atleast this debilitating defect that plagued me for so long.



Be myself! Be comfortable in my own skin!
