I am 5’5 and weigh 156 pounds I have gained 30 pounds in almost 2 years and I must trim down. I cant fit in any of my clothes! I am going on a cruise Sept 13 and I must fit in my Bikini or gain a whole heck of a lot of self confidence. I am a woman is used to weighing 125 at the most and I am really confident but with this weight gain my confidence is definatly a lot lower. I don’t want to see people I know, I dont want my hubby to see me naked (I realized last week that this is really a bad thing) I am working to not let this weight effect this part of my life my husband married me because he loves me and he wants to be intimate even if I am on the Chubby Chub side. Bottom line I want to feel good and look good and become a lot healthier!
A few things I need to do right away:
Get off my rear and excercise a lot
Eat healthier
Stop drinking soda and beer
Drink lots of water
I start tomorrow
There is so much for me to be grateful for on so many levels… today these are a few that stand out:
1. my husband cooked me a lovely healthy dinner before I left town
2. the rain which cleaned my windows
3. the beautiful rainbow I saw this evening
4. my mother
5. discovering this website
