I still procrastinate to avoid tasks that are difficult because of ADD, but now I procrastinate productively. I make an allowance for my lack of focus and work on mulitple projects at once. Even if all I’m doing is reading a book and crocheting. And I stopped reading every word of a book, its much less frustrating this way.

legally prove my ethnic heritage

None of my ancestors participated in the Trail of Tears, therefore it is impossible to “legally” prove my ethnicity, as in gaining citizenship with either the Cherokee or Chickasaw Nations.
