Noticing Change

Well I’ve been dieting for 2 1/2 weeks now and I’ve lost about 12 pounds.It’s not alot but my clothes are already fitting better.My shirts are getting more loose and I’m wearing jeans I got for Christmas and hadn’t got to wear yet.I’ve gone for a few walks and a few hikes on the Dobson trail but I’d like to start at the gym soon,maybe tomorrow. My goal is not a specific weight it’s how I look and how I feel.If I’m going to the gym the weight might not come off fast but my amount of fat will go down.
Starting weight(May 7)- 290lbs
weight today(May 24)-278lbs
