April 20th, I started my new job. It’s only part-time, but it’s stable, it pays well and it offers benefits immediately. But to be honest, I can’t say I’m pleased with this decision. I’m starting to realize that money isn’t enough of a motivator for me. I want a job where not only am I paid well, but I have freedom. I would like to be able to take off more than just 9 days out of the year to travel. I’d like to be able to live and do other things than just work.

Unfortunately, I don’t know how to have the life I want and make money at the same time. So for now, I’m glad that this goal is accomplished and that I’m able to pay my bills.

I’m just not passionate enough about this. I’ve discovered that I’m more interested in combining my interests into one thing that I love.

Feh. I just started using a calendar on my computer and had it email notifications to me. I found that trying to be this intensely aware of obligations is pointless and weighs down my purse.
