RIP Michael Jackson 1 week ago

I was in complete shock and still am that Michael Jackson died. The world has lost an amazing, talented person who will never be forgotten. He will live on in music, our hearts, and memories for a long time to come.

In honor of Michael Jackson I’ve put this much higher on my list, and I really do have it as a priority. Plan to have it down by the summer. So here’s hoping I do it.

Learned the D scale and my first song this week! 1 week ago

Started lessons last week! 3 weeks ago

I finally found someone who would teach me violin! I had my first lesson two weeks ago. She’s very nice and very cheap! Only $10 a lesson, once a week, and $5 of it goes towards buying the violin she’s loaning me.

I’m excited that after wanting to play this beautiful instrument for so long (practically my whole life) I can finally learn. This is a dream come true! But I’m not even close to really knowing yet. I don’t even know any songs yet!

So here we go. One massive step closer to learning violin. I’m so excited. :)
