I sleep less, now. 2 years ago

I just wake up a lot earlier than I normally would. I’m not as tired anymore. I eat healthy, so that’s probably why.

Learn about nutrition and condition yourself to make the right decisions. There really is no other way. Make excersizing fun and entertaining. Maybe go to the boardwalk with a friend and just walk. Make it your own.
