I just wake up a lot earlier than I normally would. I’m not as tired anymore. I eat healthy, so that’s probably why.

Learn about nutrition and condition yourself to make the right decisions. There really is no other way. Make excersizing fun and entertaining. Maybe go to the boardwalk with a friend and just walk. Make it your own.
He’s honestly one of the most dense, slow, damaged people i’ve ever met. He’s in a pure state of denial and there’s no helping him.
I’ve officially started drinking a lot of water. Make time for it. It’s worth it. (School, of course, makes it really hard to continuously drink water. Good luck).
You know how I said I binged? Well I gained like 4 pounds back after those couple of days. Binging is wrong for you. But anyway… So I lost it all again in like 3 days, plus more. I’m down to 178 now which means that my new weight loss goal would be to only lose 28-33 pounds. I feel so good. I feel like i’m losing so much fat. My stomach is still a bit fatty, but my face has thinned out so much more than I thought it even could. I’m dropping weight like mad.
Be active.
Watch your portions.
and you can eat anything you want.
So here I am, I was 14 years old, and 226 lbs. It was not healthy, I didn’t feel good, look good, or do anything about it either. I was never an active kid, and my views on eating food were wrong. I thought that fried food was it’s own food group, and that you shouldn’t go through your day without some french fries or chicken fingers.
I changed.
At first I started with no carbs, but that wasn’t for me. I went a week. So then I changed to low-carbs, that was okay, so then I finally just decided to call it “healthy food” or the “normal food” diet, foods that I grew up hearing was healthy like peanut butter and jelly, or popcorn, or pretzels. It made sense.
I’ve already lost 46 pounds since February. I want to get down to 145 by losing 35 more pounds. I started the “lose 40 pounds” again thing since the beginning of summer, and i’ve already gone from 191 back then to 180-182 now. I don’t know what I am today yet, because it’s in the middle of the night, I’m filled with water, and today was a major binge, no work-out day.
I had 4 small pieces of pizza, like 4 or 5 cookies, pasta, meatballs, an apple, some turkey, and yeah. It may not sound like a binge, but I actually wanted to go no carb this week, and I started that on tuesday, so of course I binge with one more day of no carbs.
I’m going to go longer with no carbs, I know I can do it.
When I work out, I do 30+ situps. I can do up to 100 at a time.
50 pushups.
I run atleast a mile.
Leg things.
And 6-inch leg things off the ground, for my stomach.
I’ll write updates.
I could do it, you can too.
