I want to improve my self-confidence. I want to make new friends, get new clothes and change my body image by working out more. I think doing these things (and others) will help me improve my self-confidence and make me attractive in mine and other people’s eyes.

How I did it: I wrote left-handed, one page a day, in a notebook for a month. I was sloppy but by the end of the month, wrote a lot more clearly and quickly. How I did it: I simply quit drinking and substituted with alternatives. For example, I chewed gum with Xylitol (Trident) which is effective in fighting tooth decay. I don’t have a lot of self-confidence and I am quiet around people. I feel making new friends will help me overcome this.
I have really bad mood swings, which started when I almost died of a brain infection a few years ago. The brain infection was on the right side of my brain and, for a short time, I lost functionality in my left arm. I’m thinking that the two are related so I’m going to try to train my right brain using various methods. I’m not a doctor, but I do think my frontal lobe was damaged somewhat and I’m hoping I can restore this through some mental exercise.
