How I did it: i struggled with anxiety and depression for a long time. but in the end what really helped me was just removing myself from what was causing distress in my life, i suppose you could look at it like i ran away from it.but if anything i was beating it completly to death and reading too far into it.you have to step back and just realize it probably does not matter and in the end you have to be happy yourself before you can make other people … Read how I did it…

i was considering stitches.
time to fucking grow up.
i have completed a few other goals fairly recently in a short ammount of time.
though i cannot seem to peg why i still cut.
its nothing life threatening.
and i only cut the places where i know which veins to avoid.
but i mean.
i just carved the word HATE into myself today.
its starting to get out of control.
it took some time before i could speak to her again.
and i will admit that i did not want to go.
but i have been going for coffee and just talking with her.
and honestly.
its gotten to the point i can’t remember why i care anymore.
its just time to let go and be a bigger person.
