I am swimming almost daily and am a lot more comfortable. I am by no means a strong swimmer but am getting better and don’t panic. I always like to force myself to face my fears so I’m doing it and you know it’s not so bad. I could probably save my own life now….

I eat so much sugar these days it’s crazy! I jus tcrave it so bad. I do avoid high fructose corn syrup but am going to have to cut down on baked goods. I am such a cookie monster. Well at least I am trying…
I take my higher dose of calcium daily (I am on some treatments that result in bone loss)which is a ton of huge white pills and my daily multi. I try to take the fish oil too, but with spacing out the others…. I sometimes don’t but I should!!!
