Unfortunately my progress has been interrupted by holidays and work trips and the fact that it is too hot to run outside. I am now up to week 3 so I walk for five minutes, run 90 seconds, walk 90 seconds, run 3 minutes, walk 3 minutes twice and then walk 5 minutes to cool down.

Five minute walk warm up 60 sec run 90 sec walk for 20 minutes then five minute walk cool down.
