How I did it: After going through such  along processes of searching for a home, obtaining financing, and then going back and fourth between the lender who always needed one more thing, inspections, and finally moving. It was a defiantly a long and difficult process to be approved for the loans these days. Goals for Creating a "Rainy Day Household Fund" 11 months ago

The primary objective is to have available liquid funs for an emergency cash in the event one of us is out of a job for a number of reasons such as; Economic Downturn, Lost Jobs, Ect.

Robert and I would like to save at least (8) eight months worth of cash reserves and purchase a %500EE savings bonds as soon as we cash our paychecks.

Clean my office
It's Started 22 months ago

I have started to clean my home office two weekends ago and am once agian going to try to finish it today. I have most of the papers sorted but not begins the task of filing where I usually get stuck. Well see how it goes.
