I started in April, after noticing I was over 200 (about 203) at the YMCA in Warren. Just been cutting back on what I eat and staying at a certain caloric level. Down to 185.5 now. Shooting for 180.

You know… the whole getting published thing is strange. I think times are a’changing. You see, I’m “published” just about every day through my blog. However, for those of us whose blogging activity exceeds our readership, a book in someone’s hands still goes further to increasing influence, I think.
However, if your blog has a large readership, you can actually communicate better and influence more people that way. The key is to leverage your blog…
