I’ve had my two kids, and elected to do this to take over the birth control. Of course, the whole thing is unpleasant in the short term, but now I don’t have the worry.
But it takes a lot of effort to stop spinning out on the spiral. If I stop myself, self-locate, and make the time to slow down, I can get to center again and be happier. Until next time.
