Beauty is Distorted

You know the consequences of this, you know it’s fatal and how much it can hurt you. The purge and acids going up your throat and how fatal it is. Yet you still do it.
I skip a meal every so often. I eat healthy, i don’t think i’ve eaten fast food in months. I dance 4 days a week, and to be physically inclined you have to have energy, which you get from food. Sometimes i splurge, and then i feel guilty. The “i don’t deserve this, I don’t deserve that” feeling. And i get really upset, then i don’t eat. The reward of exercising is burning calories and gaining muscle. Your body needs nourishment. Your body needs healthy natural fats, vitamins, protein, carbohydrates, everything. But porportioned.

If you have children, after it is born, your stomach will be flabby and stretched, because the fat isn’t there to support it.
You know what you’re doing but WHY? and why explain to the world, after your reach your goal you’re just going to go back and eat the way you did to cause you to gain weight.
It’s not a thing where you just lose and you think you’ll be that way forever, you have to maintain a diet. A healthy diet.

Tell me all you want, you already know and all that, which you do, i’m not saying you don’t.
The media and celebrities do nothing but provoke eating disorders, I know, I myself have experience.
Skin and bones are NOT hot, maybe with clothes on.. but in a bikini it looks like a skeleton. All these skinny models are one of the most depressed workers anyway, they lose their hair, they don’t get their periods, their skin becomes dry and flakey. All of these models are mostly coming from Eastern Europe and Brazil, and a few of them died from heart failure and starvation in case you didn’t know.
In America, anyhow, plus size models make 10 times as much money as the regular. The market is Bigger, and if you study business you’ll realize it.
It is difficult to model too, since the Easthern European models drop the prices SO Low they’ll do it for dirt, just to get to the top and become the nest Twiggy.
Hopefully you know the world needs all kinds of models, skinny(the naturally skinny ones because there is such thing with fast metabolism), the plus size, and the womanly/regular.
I realize it is an obsession, and you should at least make an effort to get help. Dove’s self esteem fund may help you.

I am working on this. I’ve been doing stomach excercises whenever i can. Barre pushups are very good for this, and the big excercise balls.
Pilates helps a lot too. I hope to have it soon.
