Hey everyone. Its well worth having nice abs. You often find guys are only trying to achieve this to impress women and thats the wrong thing. Guys, if your a nice bloke , she will like you anyway. I worked in a gym for 3 years and got free membership and thats where my abs developed. Maybe thats worth a try. Good luck everone.
