i drink more water now
i put 5 glasses with water 200 ml on the table in my kitchen.
i put notes on the glasses: 8 o’clock – 10 o’clock -
12 o’clock – 14 o’clock – 16 o’clock,
so I see when it is time to drink my water—

i drink more water now: in the morning i put four glasses with
200 ml on the table in the kitchen i write on this: 10 o’clock
12 o’clock – 14 o’clock and 16 o’clock
so i can see oh i must drink the water _-now—!
