I think I’m addicted to bargains. And when I see a gem in a bookshop, I can’t help. When I come back later, someone has usually bought all ‘my’ books, and I feel terrible. At least I’m trying not to visit bookshops so often…Without any success.

I’m trying this for a month. It has lead me into a wonderful world of fruits, veggies & other food products I’ve never tried before. My eating habits are now definitely more varied and healthier.

I’d been dairy free for two weeks, but nothing seemed to change. However, I was taking pills which contained lactose. As it turns out – this tiny amount of lactose was too much for me. After I discontinued taking them my skin looks so much better. And it took .. ONLY 6 yrs to find solution to my health issues. At least I’m dairy-free and happy now! :P
