We finally started the program and it’s one tough cookie. :))) But that’s what its appeal is. We just started our second month. I’m really proud of me and my hubby for sticking with it. We’re also lucky that we have our alkaline water as it greatly helps. :)))

And we’re lucky we have each other too :)))

start doing yoga again (read all 3 entries…)
running helps yoga 13 months ago

I started running about a month ago and surprisingly I noticed that it helps my yoga practice too. And since I signed up to run a half marathon coming up in less than two weeks, I have to train consistently and thus practice my yoga more regularly as well. I really fell in love with running, which I’m actually very surprised about since I somehow always imaged I wouldn’t like it. I find that yoga and running definately complement each other.
