How I did it: My main aim with this goal was to obviously find something better and more productive to do with my time, and getting a job would've helped a lot. Unfortunately I still haven't managed to find a job but I've been trying to find more things to do with my time such as learning to bake, crafts, decorating, cleaning the house, etc. However I still don't have very much to do and some days I do end up here on my computer and feeling like I've w… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Took me many days, weeks, months, sometimes even years to convince myself into going to see the Doctor. But at one point I just realized that it's something I need to get done, and the sooner the better. Read how I did it…
How I did it: This requires a lot of patience and determination. Some level of comfort is required with your optician, especially if you get nervous easily. You may need to go in more than once if you can't get them in the first time. Once you get the in the first time, it can still feel a bit difficult but you should soon start to get used to it. 34. Winning auctions on EBay that I’ve been after for ages, at bargain prices.
35. Moments when I’m so tired and close to fainting after a long hard day, I struggle to walk home but just keep focusing on the fact that I’ll be there soon.. The feeling when I eventually make it home and jump into bed and just lay there, it’s so relaxing.
36. Laying down and staring at the clouds go by in the Summer.
37. Mowing the grass then the feeling of accomplishment at the finished result.
Basically at a point where I have close to no motivation left anymore, and my confidence is at an all time low. I think my anxiety is also getting worse now and I’m constantly filled with feelings of self worthless-ness and pity. So much so, that I haven’t properly attempted to search/apply for a job with real enthusiasm in a long time.. Mainly due to the constant rejections and lack of responses I’d been getting. It’s reallyyy depressing I only turned 21 recently and I’m already starting to feel like my life is over I literally have no social life left at all either. I really want to try harder with this goal, but it’s so difficult to find the motivation again.
