A small loss...

Hopped on the scales today and I’ve lost 700grams (or 1.5lbs). Not a huge loss but a loss nonetheless. I’m happier about the new routines I’ve put into effect, like bringing in healthy lunches (rather than succumbing to the office cafeteria and its lure of french fries) and organising a weekly delivery of organic fruit and veggies, which means I don’t have to food shop as often and can resist temptation!

First day in...

Did a great clean uparound the house and BAAAM! enter the 2 year old. The place is definitely not as neat as before – and that was even with me trying to clean up as I went along.

Any ideas to share?

My quick win will be decluttering the bathroom but the long-term goal will be deforesting the study! I have a heap of books that I don’t want anymore. Any ideas on what I do with them?
