Breakfast & Lunch

For breakfast this morning I had a banana and for lunch I just had a turkey sandwich and about 10 chips. That’s not too bad is it? I plan on going to the gym tonight after dinner. Any suggestions on healty food I could eat daily???

I always say tomorrow. I really am starting tomorrow. I just don’t know what to eat? I know to eat healthy but what’s healthy and what’s not? I know I am going to start to drink my 64 oz of water each day. I did it for a few weeks and it really did make me feel better. In fact, I’m going to go now and fill up my jug and put it in the freezer.
