Well, I feel a little better today. I’m starting therapy, so we’ll see how that goes. I’m hoping it helps me. Also trying subliminal/hypnotherapy at home. It seems to be helping a little. I’ll keep trying

Dark abyss pulling me in
Dread, despair, pain
All around at every angle
No way to escape.
No ray of light can be found
Cyclone of darkness
With me in the center
Tornado of pain
With me in the eye
Nowhere to go
Trapped in ebony light
Trapped in the abyss.
