I started waking up earlier about a two weeks ago.
I usually sleep at 5am and wake up at 3pm.
It got worse. I started sleeping at 9am and woke up in the evening.
Then one day, I felt so tired and just slept. It was around 7pm. I woke up at 3am.
And I started sleeping at 9pm and I woke up at 5am.
Today I woke up at 5am and hoping to go to bed soon….I hope my waking up early continues.
