Enough is enough

Getting into a rage when annoyance or anger would be quite sufficient, ruins too much. Anger is so brief, so I won’t put up with the long term consequenses of my own bad temper. So I read ‘Anger management for dummies’ (that’s me) and it was quite…illuminating?
So now I embark on a course to set that straight. I’ll start with counting my blessing, re-thinking my general envy and … a nice cup of coffee, I think.
