My name is Sonya McGhee. I am 44 years of age and I live in Memphis,Tennessee.I use to weigh 296lb, and now I am down to 245lb and still have a long way to go. I am 5ft4” tall. My husband died July 23 2001 which was our 8th year anniversary, and my birthday the very next day. We had been dating for 9 years before we got marry and since than me weight have been like a yoyo. I really need some help, and I am asking you for it.Since I have lost weight, I have a lot of hanging fat on my stomach and inner thights. Please help me to look and be a better person, and feel good about myself. I need this so bad. I lost my husband and now this. Thank you
