How I did it: I just dealt with the humiliation of it being the beginning of September in a gentle humorous way and decided to go for it realizing that the people who know and love me know its just how I am. How I did it: I started noticing how often I made snap judgements based on how people looked. It was nearly every individual I saw. I decided I was not going to judge people anymore but realized after a little while that it was very ingrained. after doing some research i decided it wasn’t worth the potential problems, esp. given my difficulties with infection after my ears were pierced the first time.
I want to develop a better relationship with my body and this involves having and using a full-length mirror without judgement or harshness.
