Jess and I needed to have a major heart to heart…so we took a drive…and randomly turned down some streets and I looked out my window and exclaimed: “I know where we are!” and I did. This was LeRoy…this was the place where Matt, Val, and Dea pulled over and were going to climb a cliff. We turned around, missed the cliff, tried again and finally pulled over, got out and conquered that mountain! It looks a lot more safe from inside the car, it’s pretty much a straight-up cliff…of gravel…with no places for your hands or feet. We finally made it up, and I realized that Val is not a fan of heights, so it was a little special getting back down the mountain face…in the end, it was pretty much a metaphor for my life right now (but that’s long, so I won’t write it here), and it all turned out ok…but Jess ended up on her butt and ripped her pants…so I am about to sew them. Ok, the end! :-)
