Its a part of life… as long as there is a human race, it is inevitable. But it doesnt change how uneccessary it is. You learn about yourself very quickly, in an isolation uncomparible to what any one may think without having experiencing it for themselves. To each person it takes its own tolls and exposes the inner being whether light or dark. Is it enlightening, yes it is, about yourself not the condition of the human race, and while i learned alot about myself, i could of very well of discovered myself in a slower method… as well, I didnt have to learn everything i did about myself, so things are left better unknown.
Love your nation and defend it whole heartly, but its not an experience one NEEDS.

I had been a paratrooper for several years, and I wanted to share the experience with my gf. So we went to Zephyr Hills in FL on the Superbowl 2007. Not only was it a great experience for her, it was totally new and different from the US Army Static line jump experience. the only thing that sucked was how my swiss seat (harness) readjusted before i jumped, the pressure was a lil uncomfortable at deployment, and thats because there was a dude attached to me, which also was kinda lame, but hey you need that until you get your license… which is one of my next goals.
