dec last year – size 14 (australia)
may this year – approcaing size 10, will find out exactly tonight!

very chuffed! Still a while to go for toned and less wobbly, but generally, very happy!

Did it nice and slow, didn’t overdo it, didn’t go too strict, chose healthy choices and stopped eating when i was almost full. drank heaps of water, slept more, and went to personal training once a week, and boxing once a week. Sometimes a stretch class to keep you limber, and a bike ride for some vitamin a.

winter is hard, but the best advice?

having to be accountable each week to a personal trainer really gives you a kick in the bum! And if its a good trainer – they wont flog you to death or get angry.

it’s worth the money – for at least once a week.

its do-able – and now finally doing it the right way means when i do feel like “pigging out” or giving up i’m less inclined to do so, as i have more energy, by backs stopped hurting as much, and my pimples are cleared up! Went blond to match, and the attention is nice =)

i can do it, i have done it! when i was younger I went from 75-80 kg to 50! i know i can do it! So WHY is 10 kgs so out of my league right now? Gym: check, bike: check, Veges in fridge/healthy meals:check (i’m gettin better at rolling sushi), more water: check… what gets me is

....alchohol….

i’m so healthy in the week, then let it all go for a crazy weekend, then spend the next week making up for it! then the dreded kebab at the end of the night as well as party munchies… although ive told my brain less food=more drunk, so its listening… but still!!!!

i can’t routine… thats my problem, i try for a week, then somethign messes the routine, then i forget about it, i come up with contingency plans (mayeb ill go for another bike ride this week instead of hauling my ass to the gym…but i never do.. just stay and watch neighbours…)

im the worlds worst procratinator.. im mean for example, im at work right now procrastinating work to write this!!!

you can do it, you are human and life does get in the way, but its important to stay focused… sure, you’d rather lie on the couch, but i realised the more i excersised the more i felt like doing… like i haveent excersised in ages, did 1/2 hr yesterday… then i was awake later than usual spending time with my significant other…

i just have to put me first for this job: you know? can you come help me with this? yeah sure, after gym… feel like pizza tonight? yeah, but can we walk to the shop?

!! little things, dont go all tofu on me, you’ll give up in 12 hrs…!!

ever since a very good love died, i promised myself to do and experience more in life, learn/do a new thing a week, that was over a year ago, its been so rewarding, then i found this site a month ago, and its just waht i was doing, but more people!
